Quick bits of joy and inspiration to start your day.

At the height of the pandemic lockdown, I started emailing short, encouraging thoughts and quotes to a few friends each morning. Some of those friends asked me to add other friends and, as the list grew, using Gmail became clunky. I’m bringing the morning emails back, but using this platform for now. We’ll call them Good Notes.

By signing up, you can expect a brief Good Note most weekday mornings to start your day with a little joy and inspiration.
